TERMS:
- Rental period is from Saturday 3:30pm to Saturday 10:30am.
- Rentals are by the week; monthly & 3-day weekend rates available upon request (not during Summer)
- $500 Deposit is required to hold a rental; Full Payment is due 60 days from Start Period.
- There is a $250 cleaning fee per weekly rental. (See note (2))
- Security deposit is required (2 weeks prior), to be refunded by check after inspection.
- All fees and payments are in US Dollars.
OTHER:
- If you wish to have housekeeping clean during your stay the cost is $250 per visit.
- The pool will be clean and serviced prior to your stay (in season). If you wish the pool cleaned for you during your stay the cost is $60 per visit. Use of Pool heater is additional.
- Sorry; no pets, though there is a 7-day/week boarding kennel just ten minutes away.
- We strictly maintain a non-smoking house for our comfort and the comfort of our guests. Our covered porches make for great smoking areas.
- The skiff must be requested in advance of your rental date. There is a seperate agreement required along with a deposit and inspection/refueling charge. Skiff use is seasonal.
- The limit for overnight houseguests is 16
- 5% Maryland Rental taxes to be paid prior to time of rental
(1) - A 2.9% fee will be added to all Cedit Card transactions when using PayPal. All transactions are by
check and in US Dollars.
(2) - Our actual cleaning cost is higher. For rentals shorter than a week renter pays an additional fee and linens are not included.
(*) - Deposits and Cancellations
- Deposits shall be returned in full if cancellation is made more than 60 days from Rental Period.
- If cancellation is between 60 & 30 days from Rental Period, 1/2 of the Deposit & rental amount is forfeited.
- If cancellation is within 30 days of Rental Period, the entire deposit & rental fee shall be forfeited.
- If fees are forfeited & the property is rented for that period (at the same or greater rate) the
deposit will be returned less a cancellation fee.

Spring 2009 - $3500/week April 4th to May 23rd 2009
Summer - $4,700/week May 23rd to Sep 12th
Fall - $2,600/week Sep 12th -
